Guests have access to the entire cabin (excluding the attached and detached garages.) At this time, the wood burning fireplace in the living room is not available for use. The home is equipped with central heat.

Transit

Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with reliable tires in the winter months, Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. Chains or snow tires are highly recommended November-April. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed.

Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
